I heard about a 1935 British film with this title. I instantly thought of a Hammer film production (you know those horror films from the 60s where the plot is exactly the same, the actors are exactly the same, and they just change the name of the monster from Dracula to Frankenstein to Rasputin… so why not Abdülhamid II?).
